Evie Aegis Outfit Bugged or Intended design?

So i unlocked the Aegis outfit for Evie and the first thing i notice when i equip it is that it's constantly flickering like a Helix Glitch. Like a blue flicker every 2 seconds. Is it meant to do this or is it just bugged?

Intended design. Evie has much better outfits anyway, so I'm not too bothered, personally.

Intended design of course cause i think Aegis has to do with minerva one of the wierd god type women which includes those Helix Glitches and flickerings when you finish the game and get the
Aegis cape its kinda fits the outfit>>> olso when you use chamelon the last skill of evie being invisible Aegis outfit will glow instead of just disappearing

Thankfully the cape doesn't do the glitchy effect too. Though it's still too white.

It glows on its own if you watch it. It seems to have 3 visual effects: the Helix/Animus glitch look, it fades in and out of invisibility, and it glows.

Yes I wondered that too, it's stange thing to do making a bugged reward. Loved the quest though.

In the real story, Evie never got this outfit, so I always suspected it flickered because it was a mod that whats her name made, so we could wear it as evie in the animus. Which explains the flickering.
