How do I reach level 5 loyalty with Frederick Abberline?

Hello everyone! :) I'm currently level 10 with only one skill left to unlock and have 300,000 pounds but nothing left to spend it on. All I really have left to get outside the secret weapons is the gun for reaching level 5 with Frederick but I've completed all the bounty missions being sure to keep the target alive for full sync, yet I still have a ways to go before reaching level 5 with him.

What other activities am I supposed to do to increase his loyalty level further since full sync on every bounty isn't enough?

wow, did you buy all the weapons and upgraded them? IF i remember correctly, you just have to do the same stuff again and again, it's been a couple of years since I finished it.

Thank you for the response! Yeah. lol I invested in all the income gang upgrades early and didn't buy weapons or upgrade anything for a long time so my income every 30 minutes was absurdly high by the half-way point and let me buy/upgrade everything by sequence 6. There are still those secret weapons that are level 10 though I need to get.

You can't redo Frederick's missions unfortunately because they're bounties and one time only. The ones where you have to go in and kidnap someone before bringing them to Frederick to take to jail. That's why I'm thinking there are other activities for him that I'm not seeing. lol

Those are for Ned Wynert, that girl with the glasses and top hat. I actually just found a site that showed all the activities and bounties are indeed the only activity for Frederick, I'm sure other people have reached loyalty 5 with him, so I'm wondering now if something just went wrong with the game and it didn't give me loyalty points for a mission or two somewhere along the line.

How frustrating is that? lol At least it doesn't stop me from doing anything else, I'll just never get that gun for reaching level 5. It is what it is, I really appreciate your help though! :)

actually you can replay them by going to "Progress Tracker" in the pause menu, and then selecting "Associate Activities".

But yeah if you made 100% on all, this is super odd, might be a bug or smh

just checked my progress tracker, I have 18 activities for lvl5 loyalty for this guy, do you have the same number?
