How do you start a new game?
i want to start a new game in assassins creed syndicate = Steam version, but there is no option to start a new game.
how am i supposed to create one?

The folders are bad:
Documents/Assassins's Creed Syndicate/
Documents/my games/
C:/ProgramData
C:\Users\xx\AppData\Roaming\Ubisoft

I haven't tried my self but: Options -> Delete Savegame should do the trick I'd expect.

Yes, or 'reset progress' option...

If you mean creating another save game as well as your current one, then no, unfortunately Ubisoft no longer has 3 save games. I wish they did because I liked have a 100% playthrough and another save for mine own mission requirements. I also imagine this is terrible for family share users because one person would have to finish the game before someone else can play.

But your post sounded like you had a corrupted save when you said the folders are bad. Or maybe that you just wanted to start over. In any case I'm sorry if I misunderstood your post.

Edit; however you can go back and play any of the missions, including side quests indefinitely.

Games witch use own launcher and DRM , can not be family shared .
Ubisoft, R* or any other games = one code , one person , one account , no family share .

My apologies, I don't know much about family share since I don't use it nor plan to. So just disregard that part of my post and thank you for the correction.
