Streets of London:Darwin and Dickens Conspiracy

I've ♥♥♥♥♥♥ the Gold Edition of the game. Completed all main sequences,associates ,Darwin,Dickens memory. But no Darwin and Dickens Conspiracy (the blue "D" on map) mission to be found.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the Season Pass supposed to include the Conspiracy mission?
Or its a pure pre-order only bonus? Or its has yet to be released?
I looked up under bonus content in-game and it only shows A Long Night and Runaway Train.

I bought season pass for cheapest match somewhere or no name shop and it worked ok and I get Steampunk and Victorian Pack. It's even listed in list of owned DLCs in UPlay.

Yes I see them there too but they won't be in your inventory.

I just checked it in the game and I have all of it. Except the outfit, which is on bottom, all other things are always the first items in inventory category (usually level 7 items).

And did you check if those packs does not have separate keys you need to rewrite from Steam to UPlay? You can also check E-STORE menu item in game, locate Additional content (or something like that) and you should see it there with note "Installed".

I don't know how it is on Steam, but I was buying UPlay key directly and Season Pass was one key only, which activated SP and these two packs. It was just an idea, but I think those packs shouldn't have separate key.

To get the Steampunk Outfit for Evie and the Victorian Legends Outfit for Jacob to show up in my in-game inventory, I had to go into uplay, enter the keys for Syndicate, the Victorian Legends Pack and the Steampunk Pack into Uplay's "activate product" feature, even though The Steampunk Outfit for Evie and the Victorian Legends Outfit for Jacob are free and don't have their own keys. Once I did that, everything showed up properly in-game.

For all the people that aren't getting the steampunk outfit for Evie and Victorian for Jacob,do the following:

Open steam, go to DLC store page
Press play game on steampunk outfit for Evie
Steam will download the package.
Close the game from running.
Do the same for Jacob Victorian pack.
Now notice that under your game DLC when you select Syndicate there will be Steampunk Outfit for Evie-Uplay Activation installed in library.
Open up your CD key tab under steam for Syndicate
Copy and paste the code in uplay.
Enjoy the costume.

Oh right so you don't even own the game on Steam? This issue is Steam only and these packs have individual keys on Steam it seems. And to make it clear it's not to get the Steampunk outfit for Evie and Victorian for Jacob, that works fine, it's to get the Victorian for Evie and Steampunk for Jacob along with other items in those packs. They are supposed to be included in the season pass and out now.
