Freeze on Logo
Is anyone else having this issue? Everytime i load the game up it just freeze when the logo appears. I have done every solution i found on the internet and even did a ubisoft support ticket no help from them either

i have tried that alright there no luck and
i7 4770 3.4 Ghz
16 gb ram
Sli geforce GTX 780 (2)

I have 2 - gtx 980s in sli and have not experienced any freezing or crashing in 48 hours of gameplay. So I highly doubt sli is the problem.

OP; did you try a clean update of your drivers?

Do you have anything else running when you try to start up like, rivaturner, msi afterburner or anything else? If so try closing them before starting.

Yes i tried all of that, and its not another program interfereing with the game, i made sure of that 100%

I found this for people who are experiencing crashing, I know thats not your issue, but maybe there is something in here that will help you. If not, I am sorry, Ubisoft seems to be aware of most issues that people are experiencing and say they are working on another patch. If these don't work or you've already tried them, I recommend waiting for a patch or refunding if under 2 hours and buying again when fixed. Sorry again but I hope something here works for you. Also if I happen to find a fix in the near future, I will look for your thread. Good luck.

A couple things to try, if you have not already:
  • Make sure Syndicate is installed on your C: drive (or your OS and Steam drive).
  • Verify game cache.
  • Disable cloud sync.
  • Run Uplay and acs.exe as adminstrators.
  • Disable Steam and Uplay overlay.
If you are still experiencing crashing after trying those, try this (from crashwiki):
  1. Disable AV/Anti-Spyware.
  2. Open Start > Run > type Msconfig > Startup tab and uncheck everything there, restart windows afterwards.
  3. Close/Disable any OSD/Overclocking/Recording softwares (Fraps, MSI Afterburner, Gigabyte OC, Guru, Shadowplay,...) Disable Raptr (AMD users) before launching the game.
  4. Go to [ACS Installation Folder]SupportSoftware folder and install DX and VC++.
  5. Make sure you have .Net Framework 3.5 and 4.0 installed. for 3.5, go to Programs and Features and click on. Turn on/off windows features on the left, select .Net Framework 3.5 checkboxes and then press ok, for 4.0, download it from Microsoft website (Windows 7 only).
  6. If you have your CPU and/or GPU Overclocked, then disable OC and run them at stock settings, reset bios to default if necessary.
  7. If you have custom resolution and refresh rate defined in NCP or CCC then default it to native resolution and refresh rate, also if you have Nvidia Surround or AMD EyeFinity then disable and let it work on one monitor to see if thats causing the issue.
  8. Disable SLI/Crossfire. (I know I said that I didn't believe SLI was the problem, but if this is the case, then my most humble apologies to NoR3morses).
  9. Disable voice chat from Uplay settings.
  10. If running from an Administrator (from the previous steps) didn't work, try creating a new Administrator account in windows and try running the game from that aaccount.

Yes the Cd key is in uplay, and Led i've done all those step before already and no luck!. the only one i didnt do is make a new admin account . i'll go that a whirl though
