piano puzzle

When I need to solve the piano puzzle,
A = 1
D = 2
E = 3
F# = 4
The 'code' is DADEFD
When I press 2 (D), it lights up and there is a sound.
When I press 1, 3 or 4, there is a noise, but it doesn't light up.
Why is that?
Am I doing something wrong?
I use a pc.(keyboard)

Weird. Maybe try reloading from checkpoint again.

I'm starting the memory again.
I did change my keyboad settings in the room with the piano, maybe that caused for problems.

Definitely a bug, then. I finished this sequence just a few hours ago but it didn't happen to me. I was using keyboard as well.

You own any kind of controller? Maybe using it, you can get past this bug.

i used the controller and got through the puzzle in like 2 seconds. i just went in the order of they keys and it unlocked.

I don't have a controller.
I sent a ticket to ubisoft customer support.
Do I need to finnish sequence 4 to start sequence 5?

the solve are in the wall at the same room, above the fireplace
you just need to use eagle vision .-.

I tried to change the key settings with 1234 to num 1234. Didn't worked so I changed it back, but then it worked somehow? Anyway hope this helps!
