Is there actually a playable female protagonist?

So, the question I have for people playing this game. Can you choose to play as a female throughout the entire game or is it restricted to certain quests? And if you CAN play as her unchained, is she voiced throughout? And If she's restricted to quests, how much of the game?

you have 2 Characters, Jakob and Evie. Some mainquests are restricted to one of the character because they have different goals to reach. All sidequest you can choose which you want to play. You can switch on the fly between them.

And yes, all sidequests are voiced for both of them.

yes, u can finish jacob's quest and change to evie for her quests or sidequests or exploring, or just quit jacob's mission and go play as evie..but u can only progress in the main story if u play with both..

its only a single mission with jakob, after that you can instant switch to evie and do whatever you want. lets make it a bit easier. All Chapter of the "Mainstory" have some missions for evie and some for Jakob. These are located in the open world. If you play evie for example and start a Jakob mission, the game switch you in Jakob. Then you play the mission and after the mission you can switch back to evie and do whatever you want.

I play mainly as evie as well and i have no complaints^^

Awesomesauce, thanks alot my friend : D Really starved for a new game after finishing fallout 4. How much of an RPG element is there? If there even is one. And if not, is the story/atmosphere nice?

atmosphere is rlly what you expect. its dirty london with much rain xD. I rlly like the characters, Jakob is very cynical and Evie seems the rational Sister. The whole Siblings-thingy is well done and you rlly feel their relationship.

After the other AC i was a little burned out. Especially after the Unity fiasco. But i have to admit, that Syndicate is a lot of fun

Well, "finishing" a Bethesda game for me means "I'm tired of my character" and In my case I got to about 45 when I realised there was nothing intresting left to do. But then again, I have a Skyrim save that's 200 hours long where I'm at level 150+.

damn, i only have 84 hours in and i wont stop playing this until i finish exploring every single point of interest..too bad u didnt liked the game, i never finished skyrim, got a few characters to lvl 50-60 and stopped, too boring for me, and i love medieval fantasy rpg's like D&D..

You sound like a bit of a Troll, so I probably shouldn't be having this conversation. Let's just say that I do think the masses agree with me in this Area. Overall, compared to 3 and NV. The forth installment of Fallout has in many respects been a failure.

yeah well, we have different tastes probably, anyway, about syndicate, the game is great and worth it, london setting is awesome, evie is awesome, about RPG elements there is a lvling system (max lvl is 10) and at the end the only difference between the 2 characters are 3 perks that are exclusive to each one of them..

Well, the last AC game I played was Black Flag (suprisingly good actually) and before that I played 1 and 2. So I didn't even know there was a leveling system in the current AC game : D But I hope that it has some intresting elements to it.
