DLC Outfits

I have most of the DLC outfits but i cant access any fo them. Is this a problem with the game or am i missing something?

The DLC stuff should be at the top of the list, but they have level requirements. Uplay Rewards also have level requirements, but are a bit below the top for me at least and Uplay version and Steam Version should be identical.
The exception seems to be the cosmetic outfits.
If you mean they aren't showing up, I'm afraid I don't know myself.

I am saying that the DLC costumes (The ones that are in the steam store) are not visible even though i've bought them and downloaded them which confuses me because the Ubisoft devs were using them on their stream today

Codes? Where do you see the codes? Im not talking about the clothing that you get from the "Welcome to the Family" rewards website.

You have to go to the specific dlc steam page and then press start individually

I have purchased the Season Pass，But it does not include the Steampunk Pack and Victorian Legends pack

i purchased the Noumenon and season pass
some people have the same problem ,they also did not purchased gold edition
when i press start on that two dlc(steam punk and victorian legends),steam told me to pay for that , but i'm already have the season pass

I just started sequence 7 ---- activated the Steampunk and Victorian outfit codes long ago -- both on Uplay and Steam -- they show as installed AND ACTIVATED and "In Library". Where are they --- certainly not in Outfits ?? This is a terrible way to have customers go through all these push-ups" to do what should be a simple task ! Very frustrating.
