What sequence do I get grapple?

About to hit the bed... What sequence do i get the grapple hook thingy...

I'm at the beginning... Wondering if its worth playing for another half hour to try the grapple hook before I sleep... Am I far off from getting it?

I haven't gotten it yet myself, but the last I played was right after doing the first 4 objectives involving the gang leaders and territories and what not, and after killing the main guy or whatever, you see the male assasin (forget his name lol) playing around with the rope launcher that he took from the gang leader guy so I assume you get it soon after this part!
