How to switch back and forth between the twins in pc keyboard controls?

in the ingame menue you can use c to switch to him or here! hit esc to access.

Yeah, you generally can't switch during a mission unless it's scripted that way.

You can only switch the character outside of missions.

Press ESC. This opens the main menu and on the bottom right you can see both characters and below change to Eve.

Click on it and you will change the character.

If you have ever accepted a mission, the change does not work because the character is intended for the mission.
