Leap of Faith from Zip line

Hi, I am trying to get the WW1 helix glitch from tower bridge, the one under the connecting walkways at the top. On youtube everyone is doing Zip Line and L.O.F to fall into the hay far below. But i cannot get Lydia Frye to do the action.

I also failed this is an earlier mission acheivement with evie (L.O.F from zip line).

Can someone help me. i have been all over the forums and the game controls and its not a listed movement.

Ok, I did it.

Held RT whilst tapping the L stick and hit B at the last posisble moment before i would have held back on to the bridge.

yes it is the single most frustrating moment in the game.

Oh so that's how you do it. I found that to be a PITA with Evie on one of her missions.

Well, in 2018 - with a PC and XB1 controller I can categorically state: you cannot perform a dive from a zip line. I'm a patient man, I haven't counted the hundreds of times I've climbed back up that f'ing bridge only to fail and with all the other quirks of the game, I'll call it quits.

I've tried to dive from a zip line back in the proper game zone and that doesn't work either, I'd be the first to admit my own failing, but this isn't one of them.

You make me sad.
First because 2 and a half years have passed since i played this game.
Second because i am now 2 and a half years older in what feels like 6 months.

Anyway, I can asure you that it can be done, but at the end of the day is it worth it? probably not.

Anyway enjoy the game. I liked syndicate alot.
