DLC not working

Im level 4 and just bought the victorian and steampunk packs, but cant find any of the stuff in my inventory. When i go to my installed DLC add ons it says i have none installed, however steam tells me they are intsalled. Can anyone help me fix it?

Did you enter each dlc key into the Uplay client (under activate product, like you did with the base game)? Each dlc will have a seperate key. Also, the Steampunk and Victorian Legends items (weapons and outfits) will not be accessible until you reach level 7, some of them might even have a mission to complete before you use them (but they will still show up in your inventory if you entered the seperate keys on Uplay, they will just be greyed out until available).
