Also what are your system specs? And are using Windows OS, if so which one?
If it's Syndicate only, try verifying your steam game cache. And check your windows directX drivers by typing "dxdiag" into your windows search bar (google dxdiag if you don't know what to do). You may have to unistall and do a clean install of your directX drivers (google how to do this as well if you don't know).
If you have Windows 8.1 or 10 you can read through this and follow the steps: http://windowsreport.com/kernel-security-check-failure-windows/
I would also recommend sending the report in a Uplay support ticket as well (and the dxdiag report), they may know exactly what the issue is since it's only Syndicate and other users may have had this issue. Also check their forums also to see if anyone else is/has experienced this issue.
In the meantime, I still think it may be a corrupt file issue or a missing driver for Windows DirectX. So check that link I posted or just google the title of your post here verbatim. There are at least 2 websites I know of when searching this that will tell you the steps in detail of what to do when you get this error message. Good luck, and post back here if you find the fix or if the link I posted helped you resolve this.
You could also try a reinstall of Syndicate if all else fails.
What have you done so far? Just reinstall Windows and Syndicate?
What are your system specs?
Have you checked that link I gave you about kernel security check failure and done all the steps there?
Check back in your dxdiag and see if these directX drivers are downloaded:
Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86)
If you have a 64-Bit System you also need the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x64)
If they aren't, download them.
After doing all those steps here's a couple other things you can try:
You may not have to do all these steps to get it working, these are just things that have worked for one person or another (or not at all). I still think that given your error message, that following up on what steps to do in the event of BSOD is the best course of action (either check the link or google the title of your post). The error message you're getting may also be a result of those missing drivers posted here: Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86) and (x64), you would need both because your OS is 64-bit.

Of course buddy, no problem. I hope you can get it working properly again. Also if you could post back here if you get it working again, specifically what exactly made it work if you can. I would very much appreciate it since it might allow me to help others in the future with similar issues. Likewise, if you can't get it working, post what happened and I will continue to try and help to the best of my knowledge and ability (or direct you to somewhere to help you resolve everything). Good luck and happy 2016 to you as well!

It would seem you have something wrong with your memory dump not going into the proper file path but this is beyond my knowledge. As it could be a outdated driver issue, a hardware issue, an old anti-virius issue, a maleware issue or even a problem with Windows itself (if it's not a legit copy of Windows you're using). If it's a driver issue for your gpu, you would need to do a clean install of the newest driver for your GPU and remove all your old drivers, here is a helpful guide: http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-2767677/clean-graphics-driver-install-windows.html
If it's a anti-virus issue, google how to safely remove your old AV. If it's a maleware issue download malewarebytes here (if you don't already have an anti-maleware): https://www.malwarebytes.org/ then run a scan and if anything shows up, reboot your pc in safe mode and run it again (in safe mode). If it's a hardware issue, my best guess would be your memory but with a laptop I can only direct you to to google "hardware issues with your exact laptop".
Before you do any of the above, my first recommendation would be to ask on the microsoft windows forums or with windows customer support as they would be able to pinpoint exactly what the problem is, be sure to post your dxdiag readout and the second readout you posted (your last 2 posts). Do this before you do anything else, so you know exactly what the problem is. Good Luck!
