Throw fear bombs. If you don't have fear bombs yet, advance the story.

make sure you advance enough to be able to drop 8 fear bombs ...and the skill that allows you to auto-fear on first drop. Makes it far more easier.

Not necessarily needed. Drop two bombs. Pause and craft two bombs. Repeat.
