Hey guys does anyone know a way to track this achievement (5000 destructables with your carraige) on PC? Most people use Xbox Live to track it for their games, which gives you a percentage, but I bought directly from Uplay. I've looked everywhere for a way to track this. A lot of people have a 99% bug on their games as well, but I have no idea if I've encountered that without some way to track it.
