guys how do you start the Last Maharaja Dlc Missions

you start them after Sequence 3... that what I learned.. Also, the DLC has to be downloaded FIRST before you can access them

Downloaded the DLC,No voice in it,I CANT PLAY IT AT ALL!! Stupid bug!
