Dreadful Crimes not activating

I bought the Dreadful Crimes dlc, but nothing actually installed. I got a CD key and it's marked installed in my Steam library, and I input the activation code in my Uplay account, and there's still nothing in-game. Tried inputting the key again and it said it's already activated. When I look at add-ons in the in-game menu, Dreadful Crimes is not listed. Have tried restarting the game multiple times, and nothing. Anyone else experiencing this?

yeah, same with me, plus I can't find DLC in Uplay's 'account details' tab

I too am affected. It would be best if everyone logs a support ticket to ubi. dumbsh**s can't even produce working dlc.

Ok so they guy said that he's noticing that many others are having this problem and is contacting the game lead for Syndicate directly with this issue. He'll update me as soon as they have a solution. Hopefully that means soon!

I ve got golden edt package why do i have to pay money for this dlc ? why its not included to the package does anyone know ?

me too - and i suspect i was charged twice for the DLC as well :(

(if so $5 is a bit cheeky since i already paid for the season pass but $10 is just adding insult to injury o.O )

Yep, the same story here - doesn't install anything, says it's already activated if I try to activate it again. Sent a ticket to ubi support...

Hello all,

For those having trouble accessing the Dreadful Crimes content on PC, please do the following:

The DLC missions can be accessed directly on the game map after completing Sequence 3. Look for the black and gold magnifying glass icon in the Whitechapel district to find the first mission. The Dreadful Crimes menu item will remain locked until the first mission is completed.

i've finished sequence 9 but no marker is showing on the map for these missions :/
