Cannot Purchase/Spend Helix Credits
Hey guys,

Just wanted to purchase Helix Credits to unlock maps but when I click on the appropriate Helix Pack on the ingame e-Store, nothing happens. It just loads up something for a few seconds and returns back to the menu where I was.

And also, when I try to spend my currently owned Helix Credits, same thing happens. It says its good to go but still, I'm not getting what I supposed to get and Helix Credits won't decrease, just stays the same.

The game has all necessary permisions on Windows to be able to go online.

What might be the issue here, any ideas?

If you are having issues with making in-game purchases on your Steam version of the game, please follow the steps below:

- Go to Steam > Settings > In-Game tab.
- Make sure "Enable Steam Overlay while in-game" is ticked.
- Go to your Steam Library.
- Right click on the game and select Properties.
- In the General tab, make sure "Enable Steam Overlay while in-game" is ticked.

You may also need to clear your browser cache in Steam. To do this:
- Navigate to Steam > Settings
- In the Settings Menu find "Web Browser"
- "Delete browser cache" > OK

If you still encounter issues after trying these steps, please let us know

Done all you've suggested. Now I'm getting this error, 0x20100301, when I try to reach e-store.

I've somehow managed to purchase 1200+1200 Helix Credits. But now they're not showing up in game. I still have 900, which should be 3300.

And I've got another problem with a Helix Glitch. The social glitch is not working. Everytime I collect it, it says something like Social Glitch is not available or cannot be used right now.

Credit purchases can take up to 24 hours to go onto accounts.
If you have still not received them after that time, please let us know.

The issue with Social Helix Glitches is often related to a connection issue.
Can you go through the steps in this link[support.ubisoft.com] especially the part about port forwarding. If you still have the same issue after this, please let us know.

Did everything on that link, step by step. Forwarded the necessary ports.

About Helix Credits, its almost 24 hours like in 1-2 hours, and they're still not there. I'll get back to you after this couple of hours.

By the way, this discussion forum turned into a Ubisoft support. I'd like to thank you and tell you that this is very much appreciated.

OK so now it has passed 24h and my credits are still missing. Plus, social glitches are still not working despite doing everything on that link you've shared.

And also I'd like to state that there is something seriously wrong with these Helix pack prices.
The basic pack which gives 500+500 costs around 259 Turkish Liras whereas the biggest pack which gives 9000+9000 is also the same price. I honestly think that the basic pack should've been 20-30 Turkish Liras. The pack I've bought was 51,99 TRY. It should've given me 1200+1200 but as I said before, I'm still waiting for it.

They've replied and said that it all looks fine, credits were added. But I still don't have them. There are 575 credits, where it should've been more than 2K.
