does anyone know of a mod that lets the Frye twins keep their hoods on standing up?

it's really unfair they can't have their hoods on when every promotional image, even in-game menu, has them both using them, even in some cutscenes as well, and they look awesome. it's false advertising honestly.

the outfits we can unlock look great for both twins and i would love to use them, but having Jacob with a top hat on doesn't work for me and with Evie's invisible skill unlocked i can't even see her with her hoodie on unless i'm constantly moving around.

so i'm forced to use "Simply Jacob" outfit for the entirety of the game. not that it's a bad looking outfit (it quite suits Jacob), but it's the only one part of the Syndicate style that doesn't come with the top hat, apart from the huntsman's outfit.

i know there are old ways to glitch the outfits but having them reset by crouching or similar it's a real bother having to glitch them all over again just to be able to see the twins in all their Assassin glory.

so is there any mod that makes the hood stay up? i've tried Nexus but surprisingly nobody made one there.
