"destroy" marker in the Thames river
I have this red marker that wont go away in game in the middle of the Thames river. Does anyone know what it is or how to make it go away?

It's a glitch, unfortunately. It's reported in forums as far back as 2015. Obviously still not fixed.

Sad reality with many mainstream developers. Release a new game, forget about the previous ones.
