Jack the ripper free roam

So let me get this right
You can only play Jack the ripper in 3 different missions (Tutorial, memory 7, and the second to last mission) and not in free roam, okay thats good information *loads pistol*

But i have somewhat high hopes. in the arkham games (atleast origins) you could play as nightmare batman if you mess with the codeing, so im wondering could you play as jack if you messed with code, it doesnt matter (to me personally) if he has the same abilities as Evie or with his actual abilities
