How to replay a part of a mission?

Say i have to kill a couple in a double kill for extra bonus,
I alt-tab and stop the game so nothing is saved, Restart the game and retry the mission.
Is there a better way to handle with the lack of save-games?

Pause the game, go to restart and click reload last checkpoint

I can't find that option,

I just tried to do a Bounty Hunt, It went wrong so i want to restart it. But I can't find another option then to quit the game the hardway and restart it.

Only a part of the missions has a instant replay option, most of the missions i can only replay after i finished them using the progression menu.
Please make all mission instant replayable

Still realy irritating i have to alt-tab end the program and start again (or wait till the mission is over and go to progression ... bla bla....) , why no better save or replay options

isn't there a list where you can replay a mission? Or is that just Unity?
