Jack the Ripper DLC install/Start?

I just bought the season pass earlier today. Despite verifying cache integrity, restarting Uplay AND steam, the DLC isn't showing up anywhere in game.

Haven't been able to find a fix for this anywhere online (the only ones are for Consoles, go figure). Anyone else had this issue and resolved it? if so I'd appreciate it if you told me how.

verify the game file cache. It will restart download.

It shows up on the main menu for me, haven't clicked it yet since I was finishing the main story first, but check there if you're looking in general.

Already did that, twice in fact, mentioned that in my opening message.

Yea, its not in the main menu. It shows it as purchased in the E-store, but not downloaded

Anyone? I'm starting to get a little annoyed by this.
