Did Eve kill Hannah?

I have no concrete evidence to support it (Other than Eve saying "My sister is gone and is never coming back") - but my hunch is that Eve at some point killed her twin to be with Simon and her child (Sarah).

I feel like "SB" must be Simon B. (remarried and took on another name?), taking his daughter Sarah (us) to the police archives, to find out about the crazy stuff my mother Eve did back in 1994. (And presumably why she has been in jail for our entire life)

The answer to the original question is "yes, but not in the way you thought".

if you go by the theory of them being multiple personalities then it's implied that Eve has become the dominant personality and the Hannah persona is gone. this could be considered as Eve having killed Hannah
if you go with the twins theory, it's also possible that Eve murdered her sister but the interviews do imply that she eventually chose Hannah as being more important than Simon

as for Simon being alive, the only way that would make sense is if he had a twin (regardless of whether Eve and Hannah are twins or multiple identities), which while there are some very vague hints towards that, it doesn't seem at all likely
