I can't acheve "Liberation" achevement even after I'm very sure I've rescued someone from the bandit...Am I doing something wrong? Edit:I know it now.And I fckin' got it lol.

How do you get this? My only possible clue is to do with the phone ringing outisde, I have once had it without it being a pre-recorded message, it was someone from a different town, but I've only had it once and I died a few days after I did it due to the insanity that was devouring Ted's mind.
