Hidden Lab Beacon Locations (Spoilers)

I'm trying to get the other 2 locations to use the encrypted key to get into the mysterious facility.

I got the one from the desert area (forgot the name) and from Autumn's Fall, but I can't find the one in Bergen Valley (the snow area) and Gaia's Forest (the jungle area). I read the hint's as to where but within the Bergen area, it's too vague as it's just in between the laser bridge and the Fribbit place. The jungle hint is a bit out there since it mentions being around 4 tree trunks.

If anyone can help me out and give me the section names of the last two spots, that would be awesome.
