can't re-find area in Bergen Trail

Before I got the flame element I came across a room where there was some platforming between tiny ice spots that had the ice pillars on them. Past that was a small alcove with a tree or something in it and 5 karrotos/snowmen around the rim. I now have the flame element and I just cannot find this area again. What is the room called? Am I in the right area?

That room is called Lofty Heights and it's in upper-right corner of Windy Climb.
