2. Well, remember this isnt his first avatar. He did show to be VERY proud of being a Spheromancer, strong pride. Reminds me of Vegeta in Dragon Ball Z with his pride of being a Saiyan, he is at that level. In Sergey Hax, he even has the opportunity to report Lea in the first fight and even attempted to do so, but held back because of his pride of being a Spheromancer, which he instead attempted to convince Lea to stop. He gave up in Gaia Garden, but was stopped by Joern.
Makes sense. Also applies to Emilienator. One of her attacks is Faucon Poing (French for falcon fist/Punch) for crying out loud.
Yeah, that checks out. XD
The plot kinda reminded me a bit of Sword Art Online anime, and that took place in modern time. I'd assume this takes place in a modern time too where you have a headgear that takes you to the gaming world, similar to that. But obviously we wont know because the game is entirely focused from inside the game, rather than showing us whats it like in the outside world. Since the story is strongly focused on Lea.
But with the interaction from others how they talk about real life stuff, it shows you are in a game and everything is not actually real. Especially when you see people "logging off" and such. I believe the plot was more focused on inside the game rather than outside, which makes sense since its Lea.
So yeah,it's VERY future Sci Fi. :P
Wait are you talking in game lore or outside? Of course in game lore took place in future sci fi but outside of gaming. Since we never did see the outside world in Crosscode, which I assumed its in modern era.
There are players who talk about the colony wars as IRL events that happened outside of Crossworlds, I mean.
Not to mention we know that Crosswolds is physically held on an actual distant planet that has been repurposed for use as an amusement park/MMO
Huh, so its both sci-fi from both in game and in real life. Must have missed some. I think I do recall some players mentioning of this now that you mention it. But I always thought they were talking about in game, never thought they actually meant in real life.
