Is Sonya Bolt a Jojo reference?

I'm talking about the girl on the rooftop of one of buildings in eastern part of Basin Keep.
I'm just curious. The way she speaks sounds like she's out of Jojo.

She also mumbled the word 'stand'. So I suspected she might be based on one of characters from Jojo that I cannot recall.
