The Glasses? Definitely Shiroe from Log Horizon.

...Or really any character who constantly readjusts their classes to look badass, but I can't think of any one of them who does it more than Shiroe, *and* the story is all about people stuck in an MMO and getting along with the human-like NPCs that inhabit the world.

Good anime, highly recommended.
