Looking to make Giga Spiral Drill

So I'm trying to make the Giga Drill and from what I noticed I missed out on making it in Rookie Harber as the npc there doesn't have it anymore and now the new npc with it is in Ba'kll kum which needs old bones which I have no idea how to obtain these if anyone can tell me how I can go about getting the drill in the latest version (6.1-2) I would appreciate it ;)

There are stacks of bones in the southern part of river cliff and endless pit in maroon valley, just break those and you will have a chance to get old bones.

Could any of you tell me where's the NPC that makes the Spiral Gem located? Been searching for it for hours now and apparently its location has been changed at some point

The Spiral Gem can still be made in the first town, Rookie Harbor, I believe. If not, it'll be in the snowy town, what's-its-name. There's a new trading shop there that may have it. It's in the north quarter; if you warp there, it's the structure to your left and the entrance to the south.
