Henry's Trailblazing "strange device"

I've been wandering around the whole of the cave inn inside and out trying to find the people to talk to to get the strange device clue, but either can't find them or their script isn't activating. I have the other 3 and talked to the groups that gave me the clues multiple times to see if maybe they would give me the other clue but alas they do not. Are they in one of the adjoining areas to the cave inn? I've explored everywhere and feel stupid that I can't seem to find them. Thanks to anyone with some insight.

You need to first listen to 2 players talking in the...general shop wing (the one with 1 shopkeeper, and a lot of shelves). They will mention some strange device upstairs. Then you can go to the probe upstairs and check the "strange device" clue.

You don't need to listen to the players, you can interact with the device right away.

Yep, I feel stupid lol. I was totally overthinking it, I assumed they would have the interaction icon over their head and we would have a dialog. I even walked over to the "device" but didn't get close enough to use it, was to busy losing my mind at the thought that noone could be interacted with xD. Thank you Sabotague!

Using some electricity to charge up somes bots... I see to stone with electroic component udnerneeth their shell.but I have no idea.
