Barrier near first scholar HQ

Is it possible to enter this area?
I just finished the game but still cant go there :x

I believe I never got through there. I assumed it was just there to convey "there's a bunch of guild HQs scattered around here and some of them are private."

It's possible to jump-cancel-dash into this area, but all there is in there is an Easter Egg that says you shouldn't be in there (I think?).
