Jack'On'Fire Locations?

we have 6 of 7 and are struggling to find the last one. anybody have locations or area names of where they are?

Sometimes if you meet one and they disappear offscreen they'll end up despawning and the chance to get the quest is gone completely. This happened to me when I spawned one with a random ball shot.

I really struggled fighting those stupid Jack On Fires.
That one move when they charge at you while on fire killed me at least 30 times. ;-;
