is there a way for hold down to rapid fire instead of repeatedly clicking?

Pretty sure you can click and hold to rapid fire. On my controller I can press and hold to rapid fire.

on controller, yes.
but not on mouse.

you can, if you have mouse like bloody v7, you can make easy macros for auto clicking, then in game you need start rapid fire attack and activate macros. Profit.
