Pathway 3 tree

I can't seem to find the way to the sick tree on pathway 3

just north of where the sick tree on pathway3 is, you'll find a sort of up hill / way up kind of thing that leads to a portal. Turn left just before the portal thing and keep going, follow the path. Jump about 4 or 5 little platforms, then follow the path south and then towards the west down the bottom of pathway 3 and you'll get to the tree.
