Crocus Pocus Bug??

I believe I have all of the plants/items discovered and completely analyzed. Here is what I have:

Note: I didn't get the green thumb trophy either it says I'm at 93.90% when I view the details. Is there anything special I need to do in order to complete this quest? Some sort of hidden flag? Do I need to progress to a certain point in the story?

I'm having the same issue, but I believe it could have something to do with the quest that uses the sprouts up in the process. Hopefully this gets a fix I'm trying for 100%..

Ohhh! You could be on to something. I did that quest before getting the last plants updated. Let me see if I have a save before completing the quest. I will get back to you!

EDIT:
Okay, so I have a save that a few hours back from before I completed the Old man and the Book questline which uses up the sprouts. However, I will need to take time to finish completing the botanics again. I will do that sometime soon to see if finding all of the botanics BEFORE completing the quest makes a difference.

Well I have made the game in new gameplus and it was no issues having save the botanics...

Update: Unfortunately, going back and completing all of the Botanics before completing the Sprout quest did NOT resolve the issue. I am still showing 93.90% on the green thumb trophy. I guess my only hope would be to complete it on NG+ after I beat the game and hope it doesn't bug out.

Another thing I was thinking of...is it possible that wearing the botany helmits that give +++ to Botanist somehow interferes with the achievement?

Not sure but I also had lucky lucky equipment that rose the stat to 80%.

Literally just completed the Botanics page and ran into the same issue, it's even stuck at the same percent.

I have same Problem . Botanics 77 analysis 100% but total Botanics statistics 93.90%

UPDATE: I downloaded a small patch this morning for the game. Upon launching the game today it auto completed the green thumb for me and botanics is now at 100%! Everyone else should download the patch and check!

I had found everything and didn't receive a DL until I teleported to Rhombus Fountain in Rookie Harbor.

Personally, I had an issue like this. I was in the end game final boss dungeon and still no achievement. I saved and came back to the game the next day, and upon loading the save, the achievement and event went through normally. If anyone else is experiencing this bug, try saving and quitting the game, and then rebooting it and loading the save.

It seems like my game is fully updated, but I still can't finish the quest. I am running version 1.4.1, which I believe is the most recent version. Do I need to reinstall the game or something?
