About the quest "Just Deserts"

So I have had a quite long break from Cross Code and I had this quest. I have done the fighting but I don't remember where that happened so I can't really find out where this Billston guy went.

Are you supposed to track Billston, or are you supposed to turn in the quest?

edit: Anyway, I think the quest you are talking about takes place in the area just north of the the desert town. After you defeat him, he runs away and you have to track him down. If that's the quest you are on, you need to use the examine skill near the east exit of that screen.

If you can't find it, Billston flees to a hidden cave, just north of where you fought him.

Sorry for necroposting this >_> But I really need a reminder on where did you fight this guard? I fought and won but did other sidequests afterwards and I can't remember what zone he was in...

You'd think the game at least would tell you such a thing in the quest log.

He's at the west entrance map just North of the Ba'kii Kum.
