Jack'on'fire

Don't know if this goes in bugs, but I was doing Pumpkin Land Superfun, and since it was my first time visiting the infested jungle I decided to search for the chests to mark them on the map. After fighting 5 of them I was jumping around and one of the Jacks spawned but I ignored it since I was completing the map, but then I couldn't find it anymore, got the sixth one but cannot find the last one. Do they respawn?

I found the last one at the lower left corner of the mushroom area where they spawn. You need to find a way to get there though, through jumping around the hedges, it is not straight forward. Hope this helps you.
