Creation Gem?
I'm having a really hard time finding the Creation Gem. Wiki mentions the trader is in Rookie Harbour but I just cant seem to find it anywhere. Can someone point me in the right direction?

This Gem was nerfed so much in the release version. It used to have the power of the Big Bang, and now it only has the power of a single galaxy.
