Am I the only one who feels that the dungeons are too long?
I mean this is the 3rd time I went through the game now... but there are just way too many puzzles in faj'ro temple. Far, far too many. This is obviously otherwise an amazing game but these dungeons are a complete slog to get through. Are the other 2 dungeons any better in this regard?

The next chunk of dungeons will be 3 dungeons, each of which is about half of Faj'ro, so you can take breathers inbetween.

You're not, it's a complaint I've seen other places. I love the long dungeons filled with a variety of puzzles. But if you're fweeling bored, do them in chunks. There are 8 side quests (or more) in each hub, so you can do 1/4th of a dungeon, then a side quest, then go back to the dungeon, etc.

Other dungeons are much less of a marathon than Far'jo. If you soldiered through it the remaining dungeons are shorter (but individual puzzles can be harder). Let's hope Gaia's Garden's size doesn't intimidate you on the other hand!
It looks like for many players Far'jo is in reality the Far'ewell Temple lol.

Can you at least save your game during these long dungeons? Or, do they have to be completed in one sitting? Boy, I hope you can save!

You can of course save I think in any room, though I may be wrong there. It's just a bit too long.
There'd be a whole lot more complaints if you couldn't save

You can only not save during fights (when the screen borders are red) or you are in some cutscene or story sequence. Also the game auto saves every time you zone into a new room.

save anywhere. In the case of Faj'ro it even has a mid dungeon fast travel point so you can absolutely piss off and do other things only to return later and complete.

You can piss off and do other things with any dungeon (I often do). Once you solve a puzzle, the room opens up, and the design is such that it's always less than minute to get back to whatever room you were in.

Fair point but I think the fast travel point really punctuates it.

Well it's either puzzles or smacking bugs and animals constantly. I think it's balanced enough.

That dungeon even had a break with a teleport pad in the middle of it if you felt like you needed a break to go do something else for awhile. I know some people might dislike the long dungeons, I found them incredibly fun.
