Code in entrance of Krys'Kajo temple

Ok, so i found this combination which is referring to the konami code: https://imgur.com/a/Zg2cbIV
Now my question is: is it an actual code in the game aswell that you can use to make something happen or is it just there as an easter egg and you're not supposed to use it?
If it's actually usable i'd like to know where to use it, because i've tried everything.

It's used to enter an optional area that is needed for one specific quest.

The door it opens is to the north of the Royal Grove (behind the tree on the highest level). The quest item you get from there is used for the Promise is a Promise questline that originally starts in Rookie Harbor and continues in every city.
