Just Deserts: eating interrupt
I found the guy, but I can't figure out how to interrupt his eating. Do I really have to burn through his hp as if he had a stack of sandwiches?

Almost nevermind. I know I can interrupt his eating in the cave by using ranged, but the thought didn't occur to me during the outside battle. Probably got use to melee's mini-interrupt.

Yeah, charged balls do the trick.
Otherwise you have to burn through his healing, though his sandwiches are limited to 3.
