Test skills?

I just unlocked the level 3 skills, so, there is a place where I can test then without the need of attacking enemies and raising my sp? Thanks in advance.

There's a training area in the Info Hub at Rookie Harbor. You can test out moves on the punching bag. If memory serves, you can also spawn some basic enemies for combat practice.

theres a similar training area in the downstairs area of the arena, but thats endgame content. still thought i would put that out there
