Trying to find lore entry

I'm cleaning up my trophy list on my 100% save file and trying to get all that I can for new game+ awesomeness. I think there's only one lore entry I'm missing, and it's in the third page of the encyclopedia. Second entry, right between "Shadoon" and "Track of the Ancients". I need to know how to get it, and perhaps also what it says. Can anyone help a brotha out. thanks

Nevermind, dont need this anymore. The wiki is a lot more informative than I thought it'd be (it seemed to be missing a lot of info when I last checked, but that was a while ago.) I'll be able to get all the lore I need now! Shoutouts to the people who run the crosscode wiki, and shoutouts to simpleflips.
