Am I the only one unable to find Azure Dragonflies? I have a dozen things I need with them as an ingredient, but I can't seem to find them anywhere.

Thanks, now I just need to find the good farming locations for them. But I at least have a hint now, and I can get back to doing ALL THE QUESTS!

You should get a good number of them just running around exploring the area, but if you need more, you can always just find a couple nodes in 1 area, destroy them, then save and reload, and they will be respawned

Waiting about 5 minutes, then leaving and re-entering the area will also respawn the plants. No reload needed. If you find 2 or 3 areas with the plants you need, you can run between them and get a good cycle going where they respawn as you re-enter each area. It's how I was able to finsh the botanics stuff.
