Mystery Cave: What next?

Hello,

I found the cursed coin (for the 'Promise is a Promise') quest, and figured that the hard part was over - the only cave in the Southwestern part of the Maroon Valley is the Mystery cave. However, I've now headed out to the Mystery cave and I can't figure out what to do - I don't see any doors, I haven't found any switches, and the only thing that shows up on the 'inspect' command is the probe from the prior quest. Am I doing something wrong?

You're a little too far southwest. Try exploring the room(s) outside the cave and see if you find anything unusual.

Thank you - that makes sense. I'd thought that was some sort of cannon!
