Bug? Magiks birthday never triggering -

It has been 15 in game days since I was told it was Magiks birthday party was tonight. It never triggered or happened at all?

I believe it's story locked, kinda like one of the abbey things. When you pass a specific mission, it happens.

Its story locked...took a while for it to eventually trigger for me. We had the preparations done for days i think the cake went bad haha

Very odd because Nico sent me a note saying it was tonight and I said I was in - but then notta - Just did For Who the Bell Tolls

have done 4 story missions since then and nothing (except for book club) - which is blocking any and all other clubs from meeting it seems.

No this is also story based. The other clubs won't be back before act 2 of the story.

So for those of all wondering, I have beat the game and the surprise party never did trigger. Am at 90+ days and no luck at all.

It definitely requires you to have at least completed the story mission where you recruit Cap.

I had done all the prep stuff and was starting to wonder too after days and days had passed, but as soon as I got Cap - it happened the following night.

If you had Cap and it never triggered, then something must’ve glitched out in your game.

Cap was the trigger for me too. It triggered on his first night at the abbey, the game needed him to be present I guess. (It's probably pre-determined attendance, so having heroes present that you hadn't met would be awkward)

But if it glitches out, I don't think you missed much, just some angsty teen drama and some friendship loss/gain.
