Ebony (Cat) Spawn Locations

If you don´t know there is a black Cat named Ebony, which you can Pet like Charlie and you get awesome Rewards for it like +1 lvl for all Heroes, More Compliments and much more.

Sadly the Cat is not easy to locate, so i wanted to ask at which Locations did you find the cat.

The Locations i got so far.

1. The Chapelle right next to the door.
2. The Liberary next to the Couch in the back
3. Sometimes she listens to Wanda playing the piano but sadly you can not pet her then.

So, I found the cat twice now; once in the library and once in the room with the symbols. But there is no prompt to pet or do anything else. I walked all around her, tried different distances and literally stood on top of her once. I also just pressed R (which pets Charlie) without the prompt. Still nothing. Am I missing something?

I've had trouble getting it to properly interact most of the time, but always managed to in the end. I think it just has a very odd hitbox or something.

there is alot of spawning locations for ebony, ive found her on 3 different places in library alone, about 9-10 different locations so far i think ive found her. also the icon on the map is only available if you've found her right there this time not otherwise

Ebony also sometimes sits on the steps at Hunter's Folly.

Don't think anyone mentioned Lilith's Garden yet, right by the statue.

Oh wow I didn't know the location changed! I've seen the cat 3 times at the elemental alter, always by the same corner so figured it was just a random chance that it would appear.

I think you can find her near half teleporter locations. Abbey has most locations by itself. If area has two teleporters near usually one has place for Ebony to spawn.

ebony cat also pops up at Hunter's crypt near the entrance

Ebony will respawn again in 5 days for me. I started documenting this.

I happened upon the qute widdle shapeshifturr a good number of times over the course of the game, but after less than a dozen times she stopped giving me anything.

I didn't put too much effort into finding her, because even when I could see on the map that she was right next to me, her being 00000000 black made her essentially invisible to my regular-human-level eyesight.

I only found the cat when it happened to be in one of the places I pass through every day, like the library or the common room.

One thing I did notice, if you pass by the cat even if you don't see it, it will be marked on the map so there have been times when I saw the icon before seeing the cat.

Totally worth petting the little fuzzball though, the rewards are significant.

Spawn locations
Abbey – Caretaker’s Room.
Abbey – Library. Check thoroughly — there are at least three different locations it can spawn.
Abbey – Commons Room. Sometimes found near the piano.
Grounds – The Chapel
Grounds – Agatha’s Altar
Grounds – The Shop. Located near the entrance.
Grounds – Inside The Hunter’s tomb.
Grounds – Whispering Woods. Near Rod’s Resting Place.
Grounds – Lilith’s Garden. By the statue.
Grounds – Standing Stones
