Cutscenes scale is off?

Hello there!

So i noticed that with the starting cutscenes the scales are off. On a 1080p monitor i have black bars everywhere and arround the movie. The game itself is rendered good in 1080p. Is this correct or is there something off?

Having the same issue except it looks like it's 720p on my 1440p monitor.

After the first tutorial mission the scale during cutscenes was suddenly as it should be. So it seems bugged at the start, hopefully only there.

I had this too, and it resolved as it has for you. Was running it at fullscreen @1440p.

Yeah I can confirm this. It's like one second you're rendered in native 4k on a 202X game, and the next scene suddenly looks at least ten years older.

Cutscenes look just terrible. It looks like in-game it renders at full 1080p and cutscenes were rendered in 720p and upscaled.

The blurriness on some cutscenes (especially close-ups on faces) is a confirmed bug according to 2k's tech support.

cutscenes look like upscaled 480p YouTube videos
